I need help. I’m really excited about the word cloud program. However, when I try to export an MP4 in 9:16, I get the error message: Not enough memory. Please try again and allocate more memory. That’s a shame… I’ve already cleared Firefox’s cache, but unfortunately it still doesn’t work. Any advice on what I could do? ---

Try to allocate more memory. When you get the save as video dialog, you have a dropdown for Memory Allocation, Try to increase it. ---

Thanks for the feedback 😉 … I tried it in different browsers and got the same error message in all of them, even on another computer … maybe a stupid question, but where do I increase the memory in Firefox? I couldn’t find anything… Greetings from Cologne ---

Hallo die Wolke hat nur 72 Worte und die Einstellung 64 MB habe ich auch gewählt … aber es möchte einfach nicht funktionieren … der Balken beim Rendern bleibt im am Anfang hängen und dann kommt auch die Fehlermeldung! ---

You need to increase it. So 256 or 512! Mehr Speicher. ---
