A couple of suggestions/wishes (fonts and word list)

I have a couple of suggestions/wishes.

  1. Selecting favorite fonts
    Current behavior: Selecting a favorite font takes you up to the top (where favorites are shown). I have to scroll back down to continue looking.
    Suggestion: Instead of going up to the top, mark it as a favorite but keep me where I was in the font list so I can continue looking.

  2. Visibility of word cloud when word list is open.
    Current behavior: When I open the word list to change colors, most of my wordcloud is hidden by the window. I’d like to be able to see the whole wordcloud so that I can make several changes before applying.
    Suggestion: Either center the wordcloud (it’s currently on the far left) so that menus appear on either side (some of them open on the left and some on the right) or move the word list window to the right side.

Thanks very much for implementing my suggestions and for doing it so quickly!

When I click on Words and then click on Word List, the window opens on the right correctly, but the Word dropdown is still visible on the left and covers part of my wordcloud.

However, when I click on the Word List window on the right, it then disappears, so that’s fine. I expected the dropdown to disappear as soon as the word list appeared, but it still works fine. Just wanted to mention it.

One other small request. Would it be possible for the Apply button to work as it does on other windows (for word list). So if I change a color, I can hit Apply but still leave the window open for more changes. And then hit Close when I’m finished?

Sorry for all the updates, but I’m playing with it now. The color changes are not being saved now for some reason. Maybe moving the word list broke something? Well, they are being saved, but the wordcloud is not updating to show them.

Wordlist dropdown now hides when “Edit wordlist” is clicked. The Apply button no longer closes the wordlist window, you need to explicitly click the close button.
Color changes not being saved: I don’t seem to have this issue… can you describe in more detail what’s not working for you? A screen recording can help as well.

I saw the refresh problem twice yesterday, but I refreshed the browser window, and it worked again. I’m not sure what happened, but it’s working fine now.

Thanks for the other updates. I really appreciate it. I enjoy making word clouds using your generator. I like to use them on the covers of my travel photo books. My latest one is for Amsterdam. Thanks again!
