Why Does My Collage Lose Quality After Download?

I noticed that after downloading my collage from PhotoCollage.com, the image quality sometimes drops.
Is there a way to download in higher resolution?
If you change any settings, the quality will be better?
Any help would be appreciated!

Try downloading as PNG or for much better quality: download in HD.
