I’m having trouble exporting my word cloud into JPED (as well as PNG). I’ve tried both SD and HD-exportation. Some smaller words look broken and become unreadable, which does not appear in the cloud before export. Any idea? 
You can try two things. First: try another browser. If you’re now using Chrome, try on Firefox or Safari. If using Safari, try Chrome or Firefox.
Second: are the words that look garbled using the same font? If so, try another font.
You can also send me (arjan at webgear dot nl) the .wcld2 file for your wordcloud, so I can test on my computer how this cloud renders and exports. You can download a .wcld2 file via File → Save (.wcld2).
